Policies
We
can only accommodate registered guests, please do not invite extra
overnight visitors.-$100.00 Fully Refundable Security Deposit
Required.
50% rental deposit is required.
Rental Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled at least
30 days in advance, less a $25.00 administration fee. -If reservation
is cancelled within 30 days of stay, rental deposit is refunded
only if the accommodation is rebooked less a $25.00 administration
fee, we are a small business, and last minute cancellations impact
us greatly.
Full payment due 15 days prior to stay.
Two-night minimum stay required. One day by chance.

We can accommodate well behaved and well supervised children age
13 or over and infants younger than 6 months (we do not provide
cribs).
Smoking is permitted only outside. Please dispose of cigarette
butts properly and do not discard on the property.
Check out 11:00 AM, check in at 4:00 PM. Late Check in by previous
arrangement only.
Reservation confirmation supplied with paid deposit and the returned
copy of signed hold harmless and rental agreement, which will
be mailed or faxed to you.
